SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of transducing equipment and is intended for transformation of parametres of gas dynamic characteristics of gas and liquid flows with filtration of noises in effect during transformation. Device comprises thermistor, power supply source, commutator of energy condition, link of signal variation speed transformation. Outlet network of thermistor is connected both to inlet of signal variation speed transformation link and to circuit of signal variation speed transformation link control.

EFFECT: higher speed of transformation of controlled input effects and reduced error of transformation due to filtration of noises in effect together with useful outlet signal.
