FIELD: optics. SUBSTANCE: catadioptric lens includes main mirror coming in the form of ring-shaped reflecting coat deposited on second surface of negative meniscus lens facing object with concavity, countermirror applied to central part of second surface of biconvex lens and lens compensator manufactured in the form of biconvex lens cemented to first surface of negative meniscus lens. Following relations should be realized: R1 = R2 - R6, where R1 is radius of first optical surface of biconvex lens; R2 is radius of second optical surface of biconvex lens in peripheral part; R6 is radius of sixth optical surface functioning as countermirror. Invention ensures formation of catadioptric lens with relative aperture 1:1.1 and high-quality image when operating in spectral range from 520 to 920 nm.
