FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves drying wet sea buckthorn pulp with microwave energy and simultaneously blowing with hot air in two stages: at first stage, pulp temperature is maintained within the range of 60-65 C and of air within the range of 65-70 C until moisture content of product reaches 14-18%, with following rolling of pulp between mated corrugations, with space between corrugation surfaces being within 0.5-0.8 mm; at second stage, subjecting obtained plates to final drying at temperature of product within the range of 50-55 C and at air temperature of 55-60 C until residual moisture content reaches 1.5-2.0%; grinding. EFFECT: increased efficiency by intensified drying process. 2 dwg, 1 tbl, 1 ex
