FIELD: food industry and technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for processing vegetable raw. Method for preparing sea-buckthorn oil from sap with fruits pulp involves extraction of fat-soluble vitamins with sunflower oil and raw drying by heating. Sap is dried at temperature 60 C, not above, and under pressure below 2 x 104 Pa. Under these conditions intense boiling process begins resulting to homogenization of sap and oil poured into chamber that results to acceleration of extraction process. In water evaporation stability of emulsion is broken and precipitate and oil are formed. Invention provides the development of method for preparing sea-buckthorn oil with reduced procedure numbers and time consumption for their realization and providing degree of utilization raw and quality of the end product. EFFECT: improved preparing method.
