FIELD: medicine, surgical gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: one should conduct a puncture-type catheterization of coeliac plexus area. The depth for puncture needle is determined according to a nomogram. Medicinal solution - electrolyte of lidocaine, hydrocortisone and piracetame is introduced into catheter lumen and paraganglionic tissues. Contact electrostimulation and coeliac plexus electrophoresis are performed by connecting and injection needle in external end of the catheter to one electrode of the unit of constant impulse current. The second electrode is fixed at the skin and connected with the needle of the same catheter directed translumbally to the left side of abdominal aorta and coeliac plexus.
