FIELD: medicine, phthisiology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with differential diagnostics of tuberculosis and inspecific pneumonia: one should perform catheterization: paracolon, paranephron from both sides, mesocolon and round ligament of liver to perform drop-by-drop introduction of 0.25%-Novocain solution and dioxidine solution through installed catheters under dynamic cytological and histological control of retroperitoneal fiber percutaneous biopsy of which it is necessary to conduct every 3 d. The present innovation enables to decrease lethality in patients with pancreonecrosis due to preventing the development of progressing purulent-necrotic complications in retroperitoneal fiber.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
