SUBSTANCE: proposed pneumatic separator has vertical pneumatic separating passage with bearing screen and side loading port, settling chamber, fan, units for supply of material to be cleaned and discharge of its fractions, dividing partition mounted in parallel relative to side walls of vertical pneumatic separating passage at of 0.6 to 0.8 from side loading port and clearance of 0.25 to 0.35 of depth of vertical pneumatic separating passage relative to bearing screen.
