SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed for separation of loose materials according to their aerodynamic properties, and it can be used in pneumatic separators for cleaning and sorting out seeds of grass, grain and been cultures and other loose materials. Proposed pneumatic separator contains inclined pneumatically separating channel with side charging port, settling chamber, fan material to be cleaned entry and fraction outlet device. Inlet edges of inclined pneumatically separating channel are arranged in one horizontal plane, short wall of channel being bent outwards to form contraction with longer wall. Short wall bending line is located lower than point of encounter of flow of material to be cleaned with wall. EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions of pneumatic separator in height without affecting material cleaning properties. 1 dwg
