Nutrient medium contains, g/l: pancreatic hydrolysate of fish, 6.6-8.8; dry enzymatic peptone, 4.9-5.1; extract of fodder yeast, 2.4-2.6; sodium chloride, 3.2-3.4; sodium thiosulfate, 39.0-41.0; green brilliantine, 0.009-0.011; Lugol's solution, 18.0-22.0; sodium carbonate, 0.45-0.55; distilled water, up to one liter.
