FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to manufacture of multilayer fencing structures, for example, wall panels with heat insulation layer made of low heat conduction concrete and outer facing layer of architectural concrete. Process includes successive laying of facing layer, reinforcement, layers of structural and heat insulation concrete into mould. Layer of structural concrete is laid on layer of heat insulation concrete with successive vibration compaction of all layers. Front plates with anchoring ribs having recesses to pass through members of reinforcing cage which depth amounts to not less than difference between length of anchoring ribs and thickness of protective layer of reinforcement located in layer of structural concrete are employed in the capacity of facing layer. EFFECT: creation of architectural expressiveness of facades of buildings, provision for high functional and heat insulation properties of fencing structures. 5 cl, 3 dwg
