FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and may be used in production of single-layer and multi-layer items for barrier structures of buildings from prefabricated elements. Line for manufacturing of enlarged wall elements is proposed. Peculiar feature of device design and the line as a whole is provision of high coefficient of items shape, which in most cases requires only high-technology methods for finishing face surfaces in process of construction. Another feature of the line is its universality, i.e. it is possible to form items of various functional purpose, for instance wall blocks of another types or foundation blocks, with the help of re-adjustment. Also wall heat-saving barrier for buildings is proposed. Wall elements, having gained strength, are cut into independent items of assortment of heat-saving complex architectural and construction system elements: regular wall block, angular wall block, span structure block.
EFFECT: creation of type and technology for manufacturing of improved wall construction units with reduced material intensity.
