FIELD: force- cooled transformers. SUBSTANCE: transformer using force-circulating coolant including sulfur hexafluoride in cooling ducts has its coil-and- core assembly incorporating magnetic core assembled of electric-steel stacks spaced apart by cooling ducts forming coolant circulation loops. Windings provided with vertical insulating and cooling ducts are wound on core legs and isolated from its yokes by core insulation. Cooling ducts of yokes are arranged at certain angle to their bases and form obtuse angle with cooling ducts of legs. Cooling ducts of legs are formed by longitudinal crimps on extreme stack laminations and those of yokes, by crimps on extreme laminations of stacks set at certain angle to their longitudinal axis. EFFECT: simplified design, enhanced electric strength of main insulation, improved cooling conditions. 4 cl, 3 dwg
