FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking dynamometric, spectral thermometric measurements and recording skin temperature on 12 acupuncture canals before and after kinesitherapeutic loading. Dynamic dynamometric index is calculated for each hip joint muscle group of interest. Tremometry coefficient is determined for each lower extremity. Thermal asymmetry coefficient is determined. The dynamometric index being found three times and more as low and tremometry coefficient two times and more as low, the number of asymmetric items growing in acupuncture canals, the loading is assessed as inadequate. Isolated change found in biomechanical parameters only is interpreted as local overloading of the muscle groups. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; optimized rehabilitation process.
