FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying physical exercise loading, taking blood samples and making enzyme activity analysis before and after physical exercise loading. Creatine kinase, lactic acid dehydrogenase, and hydroxybutyric dehydrogenase are taken for determining enzyme activity in blood serum by taking activity of each enzyme for 100% and activity of the corresponding enzymes after the loading being expressed as a share of the source value from a formula: . Catalytic potential of enzymes is calculated from a formula , where АEex,u/l is the enzyme activity after physical loading in units/l, АEctr,u/l is the enzyme activity before physical loading in units/l, CEP is the catalytic enzyme potential, CK is creatine kinase, LDH is lactic acid dehydrogenase, HBD is hydroxybutyric dehydrogenase. CEP value being equal to or greater than 100.8%, physical loading is considered to be adequate to functional capabilities of the organism. The value being equal to or less than 98.2%, physical loading is considered to exceed the available capabilities. EFFECT: higher degree of objectivity; high accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of prognosis.
