FIELD: medicine, surgery, proctology. SUBSTANCE: large intestine is mobilized. Additionally, one should conduct demucosation of the part of pathologically changed intestine being distally against desired proximal border of resection. Valuable healthy intestine is descended up to the level of internal sphincter and mucous membranes of rectus and descended intestines are taken through anal canal onto perineum. Mucous membranes are fixed at gas-outlet tube by applying a tight silk circular ligature near the edge of valuable healthy intestine. The method prevents strangulation of descended intestine by anal sphincters. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 3 dwg, 2 ex
