FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves training binocular fusion under forced head position conditions with test objects shown in the best eye motor apparatus state zone. Fusion zone width is enlarged after achieving binocular fusion with direct forced head position and various sight directions first by means of round zonal test objects and then by means of test objects shown as geometrical figures of various complexity degrees until stable fusion is achieved under conditions of normal head position. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in eliminating or reducing cyclotropia, torsion diplopia and forced head rotation manifestations; increase cyclofusion amplitude. 2 dwg
