FIELD: equipment for working parts of plastics, possibly grinding rectangular parts in all branches of national economy. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes inclined trough having stationary portion in the form of guides mounted on plate; working tool mounted with possibility of motion in direction normal relative to trough. Part splitter is mounted behind working tool and it has movable portion arranged under working tool and provided with mechanism for fixing part with possibility of reciprocation motion of part relative to tool. Fixing mechanism includes pneumatic cylinder joined with fork; base mounted under trough and having guides and columns freely mounted in it; lateral clamps for part mounted on axles in movable portion and spring-loaded relative to said portion. Movable portion of trough is rigidly secured to columns and it is spring-loaded relative to base. Fork is mounted in guides of base with possibility of motion and it may act upon lateral clamps of fixing mechanism. Compression effort of spring joining movable portion of trough with base exceeds compression effort of springs joining lateral clamps with movable portion of trough. EFFECT: enhanced quality of worked surface of rectangular parts. 3 dwg
