FIELD: machine engineering, possibly percussion type reduction of tubular part. SUBSTANCE: automatic machine provides possibility for forming thickened portions in reduced zones of tubes, reducing mean portions of blanks and eliminating swelling formation due to freely introducing blank between reducing dies and it includes dies secured to ends of double-arm levers mounted in eccentric pins and joined through connecting rods with drive eccentric shaft. At rotation of shaft dies are subjected to vibration providing percussion deformation of worked part. Eccentricity of pins joined through gear-rack transmission with power cylinder provides bringing dies together and drawing them apart for freely introducing blank between them. In order to keep blank centering relative to dies, rams on which carriage with spindle head is moved have eccentricity value equal to that of eccentric pins and they are kinematically joined with said pins.
