Invention describes method of alleviation of utilization of working agents based on flowing and pumping agents comprising emulsifying agents of water/oily (water- -in-oil) invert emulsions, in part, corresponding accessory agents used in work of mineral resources, namely, water/oily invert drilling washing out muds and simplified treatment of polluted solid surfaces if necessary in combined use of flowing washing out agents based on choice and coordination of emulsifying agent with oily phase of invert emulsion that provides temperature- regulated phase inversion in temperature range lower of used temperatures water/oily invert emulsions but higher of aqueous phase strengthened by freezing, and utilization and purification are carried out in temperature range of phase inversion and/or lower temperatures.
