FIELD: mining equipment. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to controls of mining facilities, namely, electric drives of opencast shovels in which currents rising at control and disturbing actions should by limited and can be used also to control electric drives of other mine machines. Proposed device has set-up unit connected through converter to electric drive of G-M system, and current and voltage sensors. Converter is made in form of series-connected bidirectional microcontroller, protection and diagnostic elements unit, power bridge control unit and power bridge built around power IGBT transistors and connected to electric drives of G-M system. Converter has also serial interface supply unit with bilateral connection with microcontroller, indication unit whose input is connected to one of outputs of microcontroller. Set up unit is master controller implemented over two coordinate resistive arrangement and connected through first switching unit to microcontroller. Current and voltage standardizing units are connected additionally in G-M system. Output of current standardizing unit is connected through series connection of second switching unit and current sensor to microcontroller. Voltage standardizing unit is connected to microcontroller through series connection of third switching unit and voltage sensor. Adjuster control panel is connected through interface with microcontroller. EFFECT: improved reliability and convenience of servicing, provision of quick response, reduce overall dimensions and materials usage owing to improvement of functionally of equipment and complication of equipment. 1 dwg
