FIELD: engineering of automated systems for controlling and monitoring with elements of computer engineering, possible use for performing functions of control, registration and monitoring as parts of housing and communal services.
SUBSTANCE: in distributed integrated multi-functional system for controlling and monitoring, circuit of decentralized control and monitoring is utilized on basis of corporative informational network (one-rank architecture), which consists of distributed integrated control segments, one of which is two-contour system, consisting of two subsystems - distributed integrated system for registration and control and integrated multi-functional system for controlling and monitoring.
EFFECT: increased functionality, reliability, safety, comfort of usage and compatibility of device from various manufacturers can be freely physically connected to common network, can interact to build a corporate network, and are mutually replaceable - it is possible to replace devices with similar functionality, taken from various source, "on the fly".
