FIELD: preparation of liquid fuel and liquid waste carrying organic matter for burning. SUBSTANCE: process of preparation of liquid fuel for burning consists in mixing fuel with water to produce water-and-fuel emulsion. Salient feature of process lies in mixing of total volume of water with excess-water coefficient K= 1.5-2.0 with portion of fuel, in supply of produced water-and-fuel emulsion into disperser and further on into second mixer into which remaining portion of fuel is fed. Fuel supplied into mixer is cleared beforehand, prior to coming into distribution valve in self-cleaning filter and is heated at same time. Portion of heated fuel that was used to clean selfcleaning filter is returned into jet-type pump where it is mixed with fuel coming into jet-type pump from feeder tank. EFFECT: increased quality of water-and-fuel emulsion by way of its cleaning and reduced viscosity thanks to its heating before coming into distribution valve. 1 dwg
