METHOD ESTABLISHING CONTENT OF LOSSES IN PROCESS OF CALCINATION IN LIGNITE ASH Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: building materials, heat power engineering, production of ash-carrying building materials, control over lignite burning process at power-and-heating plants. SUBSTANCE: method establishing content of losses L_cal in process of calcination in lignite ash employs dependence determined beforehand with use of indirect characteristic-index T_n of normal thickness of ash putty and residue R, after screening lignite ash through sieve with hole diameter of 80 μ. Regression of double parametric dependence of L_cal on T_n and R expressed in the form of equation is used to determine content of losses in process of calcination. This equation can have this form: L_cal = 0,4420R+0,642-0,015T_n. EFFECT: increased accuracy of determination of losses in process of calcination in lignite ash. 1 cl, 2 tbl
