SUBSTANCE: lamp socket is designed for general-purpose lamps and for energy-conservation lamps with built-in ballast where connections are arranged over circle outside socket shielding bush. When energy-conservation lamps are inserted in lighting fixture mentioned socket can at least partially compensate for elongation of such lamps compared with incandescent lamps.
