FIELD: poultry farming. SUBSTANCE: before laying the eggs for incubation one should irradiate them with He-Ne laser at 632.8 nm wave length and optic flow power at eggs' surface being 50 mW/cm2. The treatment resulted in higher content and activity of blood serum lysozym in the offspring obtained that leads to increased chickens' specific resistance to the action of pullorosis agent - S.pullorum under conditions of poultry farm according to the data of serological and bacteriological trials.
