FIELD: plastic metal working, namely die set fitting. SUBSTANCE: die set includes built-up punch having arranged coaxially: central rod and group of movable L-shaped inner cams whose working surfaces have contour corresponding to that of outer dents of part; buildup lower die having group of movable cams whose working surfaces have contour corresponding to that of outer and inner dents of part and sleeve with wedge-shaped grooves mounted with possibility of engagement with reciprocal wedge surfaces of outer cams; central rod mounted with possibility of motion in horizontal plane and around its own axis and having outer wedge faces whose number is equal to that of inner cams with reciprocal wedge surfaces. Outer and inner cams are mounted in holder movable relative to opening axis of sleeve with wedge-shaped grooves. Central rod is joined with said sleeve through threaded collar for adjusting die set. Additional wedge-shaped punches are provided for finishing dents. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process, improved quality of parts. 3 cl, 5 dwg
