FIELD: commercial fishery. SUBSTANCE: board is made hollow and profiled in the form of hydrodynamic wing composed of front and rear bent panels connected with one another through front edges along leading edge of trawler's board and rear edges so as to define acute angle at tailing edge of trawler's board. Board has flat partition walls dividing board interior into sections, with one of sections being equipped with water inlet opening, and plates defining top and bottom parts of board. Top plate is made hermetically sealed. Delta-shaped slat extending along leading edge of board is bent to conform to rear panel and is positioned with respect to rear panel so that space between slat and rear panel is reducing from front edge to rear edge of slat and so that side edges of slat abut against upper and lower restricting plates. Lower restricting plate and flat partition walls are provided with at least one water inlet opening, with number of partition walls being determined with regard to separating of board interior into at least two sections to be filled with water. One of panels is provided with air escape openings. When hollow board has more than two sections filled with water, air escape openings in panels of outer sections are closed with hermetically sealing joints. Slat front edge is made streamlined. Wing-shaped board may be used in otter constructions for horizontal opening of trawler mouth. EFFECT: increased efficiency in trawling process and simplified construction. 3 cl, 3 dwg
