FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hollow immovable cylinder 1, hollow rotor 2 positioned inside cylinder 1 and provided with longitudinal ribs 3 formed on internal surface of rotor 2. Cover is positioned in upper part of hollow cylinder 1. Hopper 5 and bushing are mounted in on cover 4. Bushing has square receptacle for rigid insertion of upper end of shaft of screw 8. Unloading chute 9, perforated segment 10 and drive 11 (with speed regulator) are mounted on side wall of cylinder 1. Drive 11 has toothed wheel 12 and intermediate gear rotating on pin for driving hollow rotor 2. Cylindrical shape of cutting grids allows simplified and energy economizing construction of drive to be used. Rotary grid is coupled with fixed screw to provide for transportation of raw material.
