FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: complex has device for feeding basic raw material into hopper, final drying and grinding device, and device for dosing and feeding raw material from hopper. The latter device is made in the form of vibratory activator having conical funnel hung on flexible members to hopper for engagement with drive and communicated with feeding hopper formed as cylinder connected to chute for displacement of material in circular path and engageable with vibratory dosing device. Raw material dosing and feeding device is communicated with final drying and grinding device formed as grinding chamber including grinding bodies made in the form of balls or bars with conical parts. Grinding chamber is furnished with heater. Bars or cables may be located in conical funnel.
