FIELD: food-processing industry and agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves drying soya in drum-type dryer at temperature of 80-85 C to moisture content of 10-12%; extruding oil in press; grinding residue in vibratory mill to fraction of 50 micron or less and simultaneously providing self-heating of product to temperature of 51-60 C; mixing with water by means of vibratory mixer in vessel incorporating heater; separating into soluble and insoluble fractions on vibratory sieve, with water temperature, components ratio and mixing time being selected on the basis of producing soluble and insoluble fractions; drying separated insoluble fraction in drum-type dryers to moisture content of 7-10%; separating protein from soluble fraction. Complex of apparatuses has grinding apparatus, mixing apparatus, dryer made in the form of rotary netted drum equipped with blades and enclosed in metal housing. Netted drum is cooperating with heat-carrier supplying device, for example heater. Complex of apparatuses is further provided with oil extruder made in the form of press comprising hopper, auger and perforated chamber, and grinding apparatus consisting of at least one milling chamber incorporating milling bodies. Mixing apparatus has at least two disks provided with vibratory drive and cooperating with vessel having heater. Separating apparatus has sieve with vibratory drive.
