FIELD: railway transport; switch operating machines. SUBSTANCE: proposed change-over switch has bistable position control relays, and two direction relays controlled by separate computing channels are also provided. Each bistable position control relay has one winding. Pairs of bistable control relays are series- connected in circuit so that one pair of relays gets energized at one direction of current, and other pair is energized at other direction of current. Series circuit of bistable relays is connected through making contact of one direction relay with one pole of supply voltage source and through breaking contact of other direction relay, with other pole. Series circuit with breaking contact of one direction relay and making contact of other direction relay connected in parallel with series circuit of bistable relays with making or breaking contacts of one or other direction relay. EFFECT: possibility of dispersing with signal relays and additionally communications for control over relays. 4 cl, 2 dwg
