FIELD: oil producing industry, particularly, secondary treatment of producing formation with vacuum. SUBSTANCE: device has hollow body accommodating depression chamber and packer. Installed telescopically and locked by shear screw is cover connected with rope. Cover has rod of variable cross-section installed for engagement with body overflowing hole. Packer is located on body cylindrical part. Receiving holes are located below packer. Axial motion of packer relative to body is from one side limited by body stop and from other side, by cover. Design of said device has low metal usage and is simple in manufacture. It allows saving in time for its servicing and preparation for operation, performance of several round-trip operations for a shift, and it considerably increases efficiency of formation treatment and reduces material expenses.
