FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes location of washing equipment in worked-out space with two-wing mining block and fan-ring system of rock working. Each wing of mining block presents parallelogram with equal distance of its angular periphery points from receiving bins with advance forward and upward at angular point over valley slope on adjacent side of wings and location of washing equipment o side of angular point on neighboring side from below over valley slope. Several hydraulic buddles with receiving bins are combined and have throat for pulp line and metal grate from atop above combined receiving bins. Rock in sands is excavated by layers with bulldozer-scraper-ripper unit. Said unit moves over mining block, using fan-ring system alternately on wings, excavates leading lower sections due to ripping of permafrost surface layer and discharges rocks from basket uniformly into all communicated receiving bins by traveling across axis of bins in both directions over metal grates located at level not preventing flow of jet of hydraulic giant. Rock is washed out in combined receiving bins and outsize boilers are washed on metal grate by hydraulic giant moving in transverse direction relative to axis of hydraulic buddles over guide skids on which it is installed.
