FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ore dressing, particularly to extraction of noble metals. Washing device comprises sand preparation and transfer unit consisting of loading bin, hydraulic washing unit, hydraulic elevator with sluice pipe, coarse gold trap representing a deep filling lock, fine gold trap representing at least two stationary lock-screens with smooth locks with V-shaped bottoms arranged there below, and dressing unit. Additionally, the proposed device comprises suspension-carrying flow solid phase grading and screening and valuable component after-entrapping unit to extract said component from mesh plus of lock-screen representing smooth trough with W-shape bottom. The end of each recess of said bottom has widening slots to withdraw sand heavy fractions to be directed into mesh plus dressing units. Smooth V-shape and W-shape locks are furnished with vertical stilling plates arranged over their entire length, symmetrically on both sides and with clearance with respect to bottom. Stationary lock-screen perforation represents elongated and staggered slots directed along normal relative to lock-screen lengthwise axis. To increase the yield of minor, fine and dust-like particles of heavy noble components, smooth locks with V-shape bottoms feature smooth narrowing of sides. Note here that semi-bottoms of said smooth locks are arranged at an angle each other with smooth decrease in said angle from lock loading to unloading sides from 140° to 100°, while sides of each smooth lock are arranged in plan at the angle to central geometrical axis equal to 6°.

EFFECT: higher yield of fine-grain noble components.
