FIELD: light-sensitive materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radiographic materials for recording x-ray radiation and crack detection. Material consists of support, gelatin sublayer, light-sensitive layer, and protective gelatin layer consecutively applied on both sides of support. Light-sensitive layer contains 3 stabilizers: sulfur-containing compound of formula I: (I), wherein R denotes hydrogen or alkyl and X alkali metal or residue ; mercaptotetrazole derivative of formula II: (II), wherein R' denotes hydrogen, amino, methoxycarbonylamino group; and compound of formula III: (III), wherein R² and R³ are hydrogen or group SO₃M (M is alkali metal); flooding additive; polymer latex; butyl acrylate/styrene/methacrylic acid terpolymer depicted by general formula IV: (IV), wherein n : m : q = 7 : 0.5 : 0.5, or methacrylic acid/ethyl acetate copolymer with general formula V: (V), in which x : y = 70 : 30. Light-sensitive layer is made from silver iodobromide emulsion with average size of silver bromide microcrystals 1.0-2.0 mcm and AgI content 3-8 mol %. Protective gelatin layer contains silicon gel, polymethylmethacrylate and/or polymer latex.
