FIELD: electrical engineering; retarded-closure relays. SUBSTANCE: device has first and second terminals for connecting control-signal circuit and first diode whose cathode is connected to control-signal circuit terminal and anode, to other control- signal circuit terminal. Varistor, first and second resistors, and series- interconnected third resistor and voltage regulator diode are inserted between diode cathode and control-signal circuit terminal. Base of first transistor is connected to common point of connection of first and second resistors and its collector is connected to second lead of capacitor and through fifth resistor, to anode of voltage regulator diode. Transistor collector is also connected to base of second transistor and through sixth resistor, to collector of third transistor. Emitter of second transistor is connected to adjustment lead of variable resistor whose first lead is connected to that of capacitor. Device also has resistors, fourth transistor, closing contact of making relay, and fifth transistor. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities. 3 cl, 1 dwg
