SUBSTANCE: transducer has piezoelectric acoustic duct whose working surface carries elementary sections incorporating antipodal electrodes, width of first-phase electrodes being chosen to equal λ/4 and λ/2, respectively, with opposite-phase electrodes and reflecting electrodes, λ/4 wide, at period of 2λ, placed in-between so that electrodes closest to them are those of first phase; all gaps equal 3λ/16, λ of surface acoustic wavelength at intermediate frequency of transducer.
