SUBSTANCE: filter has piezoelectric acoustic duct whose working surface carries input interdigital transducer and output interdigital transducer with varying spatial period in acoustic channel aperture and varying electrode coverage along SAW propagation. Interdigital structure that has strip of single-phase pin electrodes and set of its antiphase partial strips of pin electrodes insulated from each other is disposed between interdigital transducers. This interdigital structure provides for additional dissipation of surface acoustic waves reflected from interdigital transducers thereby reducing triple-passage signal.
EFFECT: reduced variation in amplitude-frequency response due to reducing triple-passage signal.
