FIELD: medicine, narcology. SUBSTANCE: dynamic determination of painful sensitivity is conducted in patients with opium narcomania. For this purpose, a pain- inducing stimulant is applied onto tibial tuberosity area, and from the top - a tonometer's gasket into which air is forced till painful feeling appear, after that according to tonometer's values one should detect the values for the thresholds of painful feelings and pain endurance which alter in every patients in the course of interruption of an abstinence syndrome.
