FIELD: medicine, neurology. SUBSTANCE: one should affect with laser radiation in infrared spectrum onto paravertebral fields, motor points of affected nerves, biologically active points daily for 7-10 d. Then electrostimulation of motor points of affected nerves and innervated muscles is carried out. The course of 8-10 procedures is conducted, electrostimulation is performed with double impulses at an interval of 5 msec between them. The frequency is discretely increased from 1 to 10 Hz.
