FIELD: isolation biologically active substances. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to isolation of biologically active substances from vegetable material for production of components of pharmaceutical products and cosmetics. Vegetable raw material, chiefly of amaranth family, is infused with extracting vegetable oil at atmosphere pressure and elevated temperature, said vegetable raw material being green mass or seeds ground to particle size no larger than 5 mm, from which at least 10% are ground to particle size below 0.5 mm, and from said extracting vegetable oil at least one being selected from group including linseed, corn, and soybean oils. Infusion is carried out for at least 10 h at temperature changing from 70 +/- 10 C to 25 +/- 10 C and stirring with speed 60 +/- 40 rpm.
