SUBSTANCE: system includes boiler with steam collector mounted onto it; heating devices connected through cocks with steam conduit and through steam trap - with condensate conduit; apparatus for creating and controlling vacuum in the form of cylinder having piston mounted with possibility of reciprocation motion.
