FIELD: heating system.

SUBSTANCE: vacuum and steam heating system is designed to transfer heat flow from a thermal energy source to consumers and serves for autonomous heating of residential and other buildings and structures. The system contains a steam boiler, a steam receptacle, an upper distribution steam pipe, vertical diverting steam pipelines, vertical condensate lines, a central condensate line, a steam subsystem, a condensate return subsystem, a vacuum evacuation and vacuum control subsystem, a space heating subsystem, the internal cavity of which is evacuated. In addition, a condensate return subsystem with a mechanical pumping condensate trap and a condensate collection tank with a float needle valve for steam supply in order to balance the back pressure from the boiler side, and a vacuum evacuation and vacuum control subsystem with a vacuum water pump, an air separator with a check valve and an overflow protection device are introduced.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of energy use, reliability and safety, creating conditions for easy installation, ease of maintenance and operation and a possibility of steam boiler location in both basement, floor or roof.
