FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: tool has frame 1 and working parts mounted in succession on frame. Working parts are undercutting and transportation devices 3 made in the form of semicircular tray, which is continued with inclined surface, and grinding and terrace forming parts. Rotor-type soil mixer with L-shaped knives 7 is located inside tool. Soil distributing shield 5 is mounted at an angle to horizontal plane. Terrace forming working part is fixed on frame 1 equipped with profiling moldboard rotating in transverse-vertical plane. Said tool provides creation of moisture accumulating micro terraces and simultaneously preparing and forming mellowed humus enriched layer for planting woody and brush plantations.
