FIELD: fodder production. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of fodder preparing from vegetable products. For effective isolation of protein substances and preparing protein isolate the raw, for example, sunflower oil cake or small shot is treated with electroactivated mineralized water in cathode zone of diaphragm electrolyzer for 2-4 min up to pH 7-8. Then spent solution is removed from electolyzer, protein is extracted for 40-60 min, filtered and extract is brought about with mineral acids solution to the protein isoelectric point and obtained precipitate is dried and ground. Invention allows to decrease of treatment time and consumption of electric energy and also diminish temperature of working solution since its increase shows negative effect of protein extraction in solution as results to its coagulation that enhances the yield of protein substances due to the more complete extraction and improvement of qualitative indices of concentrate.
