FIELD: agriculture; methods of treatment of the seeds of soya beans.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of agriculture, in particular, to the method of treatment of the seeds of soya beans. The seeds of the soya beans are washed out by the running water. Then they are couched in the water solution of the catholyte produced in the cathode chamber of the diaphragm electrolyzer after action of the current of 3.0-5.0 A for 10-15 minutes up to pH 9-11 during 3-5 days. After that the seeds are treated with the propionic acid solution. Then the seeds are subjected the thermal treatment at the temperature of 55-65°C up to the soya beans humidity of 8-12 %. The invention allows to heighten efficiency of the production of the vegetable protein due to reduction of the content of the antinutrients, to decrease the material inputs and to reduce the soya beans seeds treatment duration.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of the production of the vegetable protein, reduction of the content of the antinutrients, the decreased material inputs and the reduced the soya beans seeds treatment duration.
