SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparation showing tonic, adaptive, immunomodulating, hypoglycemic, antihypoxic, nootropic, anti-inflammatory, radioprotective, fervoprotective and actoprotective properties. The proposed preparation "FOLIGIN" comprises extractive substances from ginseng leaves gathered at blossoming at stage below above-ground sprouts dying off, mainly it stage from fruit bearing to onset of above-ground sprouts dying off and taken in the following ratio of components, wt. -%: extractive substances and involving triterpene glycosides, 0.01-20; ethyl alcohol 20-70% in concentration or water, the balance, up to 100%. Invention relates also to method of preparing the preparation eliciting tonic, adaptive, immunomodulating, hypoglycemic, antihypoxic, anti- inflammatory, nootropic, radioprotective, fervoprotective and actoprotective properties. Before extraction vegetable raw is ground and extraction is carried out by percolation or maceration method. Invention provides maximal extraction of substances and storage of active components (triterpene glycosides) for the prolonged time.
