SUBSTANCE: compound has oligobutadiene-piperylene hydroxyl-containing rubber, polyisocyanate-D, tin dibutyl-dilaurinate, chlorinated liquid paraffins, white spirit, ionol and wastes of soda production in the form of calcined at 900-1000 C solid residues of still wastes. Method of cable box potting includes mixing of compound components and potting into cable box body or removable mold. Hardener is preliminarily mixed to obtain homogeneous state with filler in weight ratio of 1:1. Remained part of filler is mixed with remaining components. Then both mixtures are mixed before potting.
