SUBSTANCE: a kit contains 96-holed plotting boards sensitized with affinopurified monoclonal antibodies to different glycoproteins of animal IRT virus , a control positive antigen of IRT virus, a control negative antigen, a conjugate of monoclonal antibodies to antigens of IRT virus with peroxidase, a 20-fold concentrate of potassium phosphate buffer, a nonionic detergent, a 10- fold concentrate of substrate buffer, orthophenylene diamine, hydrogen peroxide and a stop- reagent.
