FIELD: cable engineering; cables for signal transmission from sensors measuring various parameters and functioning in adverse conditions. SUBSTANCE: heat-resistant cable sheath is made of at least two tubes made of metals (metal alloys , steels) whose steady state potentials are either of same or different polarity and differ by not more than 0.15 V. Tubes are mounted coaxially with negative allowance. In addition outer tube may be made of metal (alloy, steel) whose steady state potential is of same polarity as that of metal (alloy, steel) of structure where cable will be routed or of different polarity; in this case steady state potentials of metals (alloys, steels) of cable outer tube and structure should differ by maximum 0.15 V. EFFECT: improved mechanical and plastic properties, enhanced corrosion resistance, and facilitated manufacture of cable. 2 cl, 2 dwg
